After the massive earthquake, Genom creates Genom City as part of Tokyo. They develop boomers, androids to do various tasks. A group called Backers wants in on the action and with all of the military-styled boomers they steal, they hope to get rich. Thus A.D. Police step in to try to solve these boomer-related crimes. Who are the backers? What is Genom hiding? Can Kenji get along with his new partner Hans?

Six years after the earth quake that destroyed most of Tokyo, a group of vigilantes have appeared to counter the threat of boomers gone mad. Can they stop the force behind the berserk boomers before it's too late?

Twelve-year-old Nandaba Naota's older brother has departed for America to play baseball, leaving the confused Naota alone with his brother's 17-year-old girlfriend, Samejima Mamimi. It doesn't help that she flirts with him constantly, or that his brother has sent him a rather disturbing letter from America. When the tomboyish Haruhara Haruko enters the scene, running down Naota with her motorscooter before smashing him over the head with her guitar, things will never be the same again.

Lumiere (young purple-haired girl) and Eclair (red-haired older girl) are ES-members (Ecounter of Shadow-Work) of GOTT (Galactic Organization of Tariff and Trade) who do underground works to regulate the economy and safety of the Galaxy. Like all ES members, Eclair and Lumiere have special powers. Lumiere can control any form of computer technology, even from a great distance. Eclair can turn lipstick into a deadly weapon and when she wears it, she becomes super strong and exceptionally fast. They are accompanied by a GOTT auditor named Armblast as they accomplish various missions successfully. However, their past comes back to haunt them and soon Lumiere and Eclair find themselves in the fight of their lives. What is the secret of thier past? What is GOTT doing? Will Eclair and Lumiere be able to live normal lives?
