Harem: (Story/Location) This is a sub-genre of the "Romantic Comedy" genre. To qualify you have to have a single, dateless, nice guy who suddenly finds himself surrounded by a bunch of hot girls/women who are interested or attracted to him to varying degrees. The male lead may also live with many of these girls.

A New look at the Negima franchise. This series focuses on the magic side of Negima and features more battles and a lot more comedy. The Pactio system is different as each girl receives 3 cards and they each do a different thing, one being for pure comedy. Takamichi also plays are larger role where he was a sideline character in the original.
